'Awesome Archaeology'
This term in Science the children have been learning about rocks and soils as part of our Awesome Archaeology topic. They have looked at: how rocks are formed and shaped and how rocks erode at different speeds.
They are now moving on to fossils and are learning about which fossils are more common to find. In addition to this, they are reading the book: ‘A Pebble in my Pocket’ a History of our Earth and have written their own ‘pebble poems.’
