Bible Explorers

This half term 6B have been exploring the bible further with Mrs Deller. For the last five weeks we have experienced a walk through the New Testament to consolidate the knowledge of the Old Testament learnt in Year five.

Each week we looked at a different theme and events/ important people that are within the New Testament:

• Week One: Who is Jesus?
• Week Two: What did Jesus do?
• Week Three: Why did Jesus die?
• Week Four: When did Jesus’ church begin?
• Week Five: Where did Jesus’ disciples go?

The children enjoyed this practical aspect of dressing up and immersing themselves by being people and acting out events that occurred in the bible.
