Flu Immunisation

Once again, during October – December the School Nursing Service will be offering the Influenza Immunisation to all pupils. To consent to your child receiving the vaccine in school, please complete the online consent form by opening the document (word or pdf) at the bottom of this letter and clicking the link. You will need to make sure that your child’s GP records are up to date with the correct contact details.
