Reception Teaching Post (Part-Time)
Lisle Marsden CE Primary Academy wish to appoint a teacher to join our EYFS team in the role of part time Reception Class teacher. This is a .5 or .6 position sharing the class with another highly experienced EYFS teacher. The position is initially for one year, and could well become permanent. There is flexibility around which days of the week the member of staff will be required to work.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has experience in working with Reception/KS1 aged pupils.
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn.
- Has experience in delivering the curriculum in a creative and engaging way, to motivate and sustain the academic achievement of all pupils.
- Is confident in their classroom management strategies.
- Is committed to supporting, motivating, and challenging the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom.
- Can make a contribution to our school community, as a Teacher and a Team Member.
- Is supportive of the ethos of our Church school.
- Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare - both at home and in school
