Teaching Vacancy

Fixed term (1 year) position from 1st September 2025

Lisle Marsden CE Primary Academy wishes to appoint a highly motivated member of staff to join our hard working teaching team. The post would suit ECT’s or teachers toward the beginning of their teaching career.

Lisle Marsden C of E Primary Academy is a highly regarded and oversubscribed three form entry primary school. Our vision for education drives our mission to enable all children to flourish and achieve a life in all its fullness. We are a welcoming inclusive school, with a lovely atmosphere where children are happy and want to learn.  We have an enthusiastic, dedicated and caring team of staff and governors who are highly committed to achieving the best for all our children. We have supportive parents and strong links with the community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Church school that is rated Excellent by SIAMS, consistently Good by OFSTED (November 2023), and continues to be one of the highest performing schools in North East Lincolnshire. We can provide excellent career development opportunities within a highly experienced and supportive staff team; if the successful applicant were to be an ECT, they would have the bespoke support of an experienced mentor and a development programme tailored specifically for them.

Interested applicants are encouraged to visit our well-resourced academy, and see what we can offer you.

The position is initially for one year, with the opportunity to become permanent following a successful annual review.

This is a full time position, between M1 – M3 pay scales.

More information regarding the academy can be found on our website https://lislemarsdenacademy.co.uk/

Interested applicants should submit an application form together with a supporting statement (two sides A4 max) detailing your relevant experience, strengths and what you can offer the academy.  This should be sent to Mrs Emma Thompson, HR Officer thompsone@lma.nelcmail.co.uk

Closing date for applications is Thursday 3rd April 9.00am
