Secondary School Application Form

The local authority is encouraging parents/carers to apply online and details on how to do this are provided in the Start of Process letter. If, however parent/carers wish to apply via a paper application form these are available to download below or you can collect one from the academy office. We are asking parents who apply on a paper form to return it direct to - School Admissions Team, Knoll Street, Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, DN35 8LN.
