Team Captains

Every year eight year 6 children are chosen to be our team captains. They complete application forms to explain why they would like to have the opportunity and what they can bring to the role.

Each academy house, Green, Blue, Red and Yellow, has two captains to represent them.  Children earn house points for good work, good behaviour and being a good academy citizen. Each week the team with the most points is awarded a trophy in Friday assembly and their team rocket climbs the board towards being term champions! The system is managed by the captains who also lead their teams on sports day and other inter-house events.

This year our successful candidates are:

Green - Oakley and Millie

Blue - Farzan and Oliver

Red - Lily and plus 1

Yellow - Skye and Finley
