Appeals

If you are not offered a place at your preferred school, you will be given the right of appeal against the decision. Appeal forms can now be found online, along with information about how to appeal, on the NELC website, link below. To request a copy you can contact them via telephone on 01472 324149 or via email at legaladmin@nelincs.gov.uk.

Appeals against 'in year' admission decisions will be heard within 30 school days of being lodged, appeals for secondary places for September will be heard during April and May and appeals for primary school places for September will be held during June. It is to be noted that these timescales refer to all appeals organised by North East Lincolnshire Local Authority.
